Craig Staats’ leadership has failed us.

Staats voted against guardrails on data center construction that would limit their consumption of our water , all while taking campaign contributions from a data center company executive and the lobbying firm responsible for pushing more data center development.¹

Staats has failed to fully fund public education, forcing local homeowners in our community to make up the difference through rising property taxes, all while driving $15 million in local education funds to charter schools, a 50% increase over the last 5 years.²

Staats voted against tough new criminal penalties for domestic abusers who continue to contact, harass, and abuse their victims, and he voted against enhanced protections for victims of child abuse.³
